Referral rewards are subject to approval after a candidate starts a position, a minimum term, and/or assignment completion. A referred candidate must be someone Blue Chip Talent is not already working with and has not worked with Blue Chip Talent in the last 90 days. Referral reward payments will work as follows: $1,000 - Blue Chip Talent employee (already employed by Blue Chip Talent and has worked over 90 days) receives $250 after referred candidate completes 30 days of employment, $250 after 60 days of employment and $500 after 90 days of employment. An employee may not claim both a referral reward and lead generation reward. Employee must be employed by Blue Chip Talent when referral reward and commission check are generated in order to receive the reward. $500 - Non-Blue Chip Talent employees will receive a $500 reward after the referred candidate completes 90 days of employment. All rewards will be paid though direct deposit only. Blue Chip Talent owners and leadership team do not qualify for these rewards.
